BE PROACTIVE IN FLU PREVENTION
Follow these tips to maintain good health, especially during flu season!
- wash your hands often with soap and water!
- cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze or cough: use a tissue, or your sleeve
- after using a tissue, throw it in the trash
- avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth: germs spread this way
- try to avoid contact with sick people
- stay home if you are sick
- alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective, if you are not near a proper facility
- get plenty of rest and sleep
- eat nutritious meals and snacks
- do not share your water bottles, food and other drinks with others
- keep anti-bacterial wipes and travel size hand cleaners with you for on-the-go use
- wipe/clean your phones, (desk and cell), with anti-bacterial wipes
- wipe/clean your computer key board with anti-bacterial wipes
- get a flu shot!
