The Dominican Way is the coming together of students, faculty and staff in the common search for Truth through:
Prayer and Reflection
- Masses and Interfaith Prayer Service for special occasions
- Weekly Masses
- Monthly Bereavement Masses
- Bible groups
- Retreats
- Vigils, Memorial Services
- Books, pamphlets and handouts
Community Building
- Coffee houses where music and poetry are provided by students
- Lounge with free food, big couches and friendly people
- A network of outgoing, friendly students
- Stress Busters Week
- Bereavement Ministry
Promoting the study of the signs of the times
- Thought provoking conversation wherever and whenever
- Opportunities for theological reflection and social analysis
Service to the college community and to our neighbors nearby and worldwide
- Charitable Drives - Campus Ministries hosts and promotes coat and blanket drives, food drives, baby showers for teenage moms, adopt-a-family, Spring Cleaning, Dress for Success, Whats Not Covered by Food Stamps baby item drives, etc.
- Creative Fund Raisers - Boxtown, Coffee Houses, Halloween Candy Bag Drive, etc. for existing needs and we organize collections as emergencies arise.
