M - L.E.A.D.

M olloy - L eadership, E ducation, A chievement and D evelopment

Leadership Programs serve the Molloy College community by offering a wide range of leadership education, development, and training opportunities designed to complement your academic experiences.

While participating in leadership experiences is a great way to meet new people and connect to the College, it also serves another purpose. Today's employers are in need of educated individuals with solid leadership skills and an ability to apply them to real world environments. Getting involved is the ideal way to gain these skills and build a portfolio of experiences you can market upon graduation. Each program provides an opportunity to meet new people, enhance your skills, and better prepare yourself for life beyond college.
